Important: I do not perform licensed/regulated trades. I do not do plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas work, or any work that requires permits/inspection. I focus on handyman and interior finishing (repairs, trim, drywall, painting, cabinetry, and general carpentry). Licensed subcontractors can be arranged for regulated work when needed. • Minimum service call: $150 (includes travel & mobilization) • Most jobs are flat-rate, based on complexity and volume • Hourly rate for time-based work: $80/hour after the first hour (billed in 30-minute increments) • Example:   ✔ 1.5-hour job = $190 ($150 + $40) I bring speed, precision, and high-level craftsmanship to every project.
