They were a little late for the appointment but called to let us know they were running behind so we rescheduled for about 40 minutes later, which was fine with me. They repaired the old door knob but let us know it's days were numbered as it was old. We asked about a loose stair rail and they tightened it up nicely. We wondered if they could help repair a roller shade but the fabric was too old and kept ripping. But they tried! We would definitely hire them again.

Viktor was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my project was to my satisfaction. He hung laundry cabinets and also was willing to hang some shelves I had not initially asked for. He came out on a Sunday and was very kind. Would use again
