Introduction: Estimates are always free! My minimum job fee is $175 This usually takes care of most small jobs and covers the first two hours. $75 per hour after that. I'm happy to source and pick up materials for you but I do charge a $50 material delivery fee. Same day service and bookings may require extra fees but I will communicate this with you before wr start a job. I do have a senior discount available. First things first, I carry a full business liability insurance policy for my protection and my customers! My focus is honest communication and guaranteed quality. I take my time with jobs and ensure a high level of attention to detail. The small things matter! I have an eye for that kind of thing. I've been doing home repair and remodeling since I was a teenager! Through the years I've worn many hats including my current one....an Aircraft Mechanic! I do handyman and remodeling work on the side. Being trained in aviation allows me to bring a special kind of attention to projects. Safety first, and a project has to have good bones. I stay on the job until the customer is satisfied, period. I'm passionate about helping people transform their lives through home repair and maintenance tasks.
