- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to build up clientele. I'm not willing to drive across town for an hours worth of work but I don't mind doing a little extra for free if it's a client I enjoy working for. A lot of jobs seem simple but can develop unexpected problems and I'm willing to workout reasonable prices in such cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm looking for clients that I can build a lasting work relationship with as I seek to build up my company. I believe in being frank and honest with prices and bids.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training is hands-on, on-the-job experience working within professionals and specialists.
