FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Open to hourly or bid-type pricing structure for labor; pricing is flexible based on the nature of the job, but general hourly rate is $50 for most handyman/remodeling work, often with a set price cap (work will be properly finished regardless) for the labor. Customer may purchase materials if they prefer, but I can also manage materials with a 20% deposit for the estimated materials cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usual preference is to set up a time for me to come visit the home or site of the project, take measurements and discuss the goals of the work, and return an estimate for the job same-day or within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of on-the-job training working closely with my GC as part of our parent company RBS Residential Services, based out of Farmington. I've had the great pleasure of being able to learn directly from Brad and our other senior contractors within our small, family owned company, and have developed a great confidence in the work with a distinct focus on quality and craftsmanship, code compliance, safety, ethics, and developing great relationships with our clients.
