I would highly recommend Blue Star Flooring. They replaced 2400 sq ft of new carpeting in our home (14 rooms). The crew was punctual and highly professional. The quality of work was very nice. Other bids that I had received were much higher and projected to take up to 3 days to complete. Josue and crew completed the job in one day.

Got them for a carpet and laminate install. Extremely poor communication. They couldn't get email to work. Only received estimate via text after asking multiple times. I purchased laminate from HD they installed. Ok job there. Left marks on the wall and one board had a crack in it from installation that I noticed after they left. The carpet job was poor. Carpet and padding installed turned out to be thinner and harder than what they had shown in the sample. No way to remediate. In the end, I landed up paying more than what Lowes or Home Depot had quoted for a similar job and landed up with sub strandard results. Would not use them again and suggest if you're reading this, you don't either.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary from project to project, we do honor discounts on multiple flooring going into one project, we do offer military discount. Any fees are applied if customer decides to cancel the order the same day of the installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The estimate Manager or supervisor will explain everything clear and be very thorough with the project from start to finish. Answer as many questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tile installer's have certification for heat systems. We have been trained by other flooring contractors. We have a demo crew with a certification in lead.
