Our focus is paying close attention to detail when it comes to your floors. Whether it is carpeting, hardwood floors, tile, or any of the other options we offer, we carefully treat each design as a custom project, and we work with you to meet your budget and deadlines to install the floors of your dream home.

Our Process
Step 1
Schedule a free in-home Design Consultation with one of our expert Design Associates. Your Design Associate will arrive on time in our Mobile Flooring Showroom. Inside the Mobile Showroom we have thousands of flooring choices that make up our carefully selected Mobile Flooring Collection. Your Design Associate will then measure your floors, help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you and will provide you with an estimate.
Step 2
After you’ve reviewed your proposal and estimate, you can review our financing options with your Design Associate and make your final decision.
Step 3
Upon your decision, your flooring will arrive and installation begins. We treat your home as if it was our own, so clean up of the flooring area, removal and replacement of furniture is included and done very carefully. We pride ourselves in maintaining and updating you on timelines, as we understand how important that is.

This company is professional and the work is of high quality. They are personable and really want to know that you are satisfied with their work. The work plan is laid out for you so you know what to expect. They are punctual and keep in contact through the whole process. An excellent company that I would highly recommend.

Matt responded promptly to our calls and emails. He explained the rationale for each option on our project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or ""one week only sales"". There are no ""buy 2 rooms get 1 free"" type of stuff.
We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms, and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be complete in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training.
We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops.
We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry.
Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
