We had a great experience with Herman Hardwood Restoration from start to finish. Alex, Erika, & team were really helpful in the preparation/consulting phase, prompt and punctual in communication, and delivered incredibly beautiful floors. We had a new install in our previously-carpeted dining room area and then they sanded & stained our existing hardwood floors so everything would look and feel consistent. We are SO pleased with their excellent work, and would love to work with them again!

Alex was great. He was extremely professional, and though our stairs and bathroom floor were in pretty rough shape when the work began, the final results were fantastic. Alex laid out a solid plan and schedule that allowed the work to be finished quickly and professionally.

There are far too many factors determining the price to go into here.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we give a free in home estimate, we then schedule a time for the project that works for the customer, and answer any questions the customer may have. When we are scheduled to do the project we are typically there for 2-3 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone has been certified by the national hardwood flooring association on our team.
