She has multifaceted understanding and experience with both Western medicine, and whole body health. With her impressive knowledge, she shares the limitations and it's benefits in both fields, and she helps me to learn to navigate and have reasonable expectations, and advocate for my own health. Her coaching has helped me to better health and with the knowledge I've gained I am able to strengthen the health of my family as well.

It's been a year since that my scan showed I was clear of cancer. Sue, had a common thread in our meetings where she was delightfully concerned how I was doing and had a goal and a next step for the follow up meeting. I liked the fact that she has experience in the medical world and supported people in healing from cancer. She gave options to traditional medicine which she didn't push on me and provided plenty of research and/or resources to support both sides. Aside from being clear of cancer, my family has walked away with eating habits that will change the course of our health for the rest of our lives. I'm confident that God used here talents. I was clear after only two treatements. She's a blessing!

It´s not complicated. Please connect with us to discuss our supportive options; including fees. We would be happy to meet your bio-individual needs. We accept HSA plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client makes a commitment and takes the first step towards achieving their goal, we meet for a complimentary Health History Consultation. The consultation offers time to talk about concerns and goals. It offers the client a chance to see what it would be like to work together and offers time to create a customized plan. We also offer convenient meeting times and locations within the Twin Cities. We hold offices in St. Loius Park, Edina, and St. Michael. The first step is many times challenging ... What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches trained by leaders in health and wellness care such as Dr. Wiel, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Bernie Siegal, and Deepak Chopra. Additionally, continuing education and research are imperative to stay abreast of current and emerging health trends. It's sort of a hobby for us. Also, since food has a large impact on what we do it is always fun to research and taste test new recipes.
