• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  depending on some places in the house I charge extra to clean like inside the cabinets and fridge stove

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I ask the customer if he wants me to do some extra services, before leaving I ask if the cleaning is ok

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I ask for permission to enter, do not enter the house without asking, not even inside the rooms before knocking on the doors, and I don't mind if in some houses you take my bag to enter..
