- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What gives us an advantage in the way we quote our customers is we actually put the customers needs first, we work with you & your budget to find the best quotes for you. When you sign up for re-occurring or your 2nd clean, we charge 30% less than your first clean as you stay with our company for gratuity & based off the premise your house will need a less "Indepth clean" since we already did a premiere deep clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when working with a new customers is a 2step process. (1st) Step: We ask for a template of your house, How many (Beds), (Baths), (Floors). (2nd) Step: We ask what type of clean you need for your first time. Express clean ( 1 Hour Max ) OR Premiere Clean (Regular 1st time Deep Clean) Then we Quote a Fair Price based on your Answers & then always work with you to ensure satisfaction throughout your experience with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Team we have over 10 years of experience in the Residential house cleaning industry, Commercial cleaning industry, Janitorial industry, House keeping Industry & yes they are all different ! So when it comes to cleaning we are the best it gets & when it comes to professionalism, we strive to hold a high standard.
