GNC did a fantastic job with cleaning my home. They paid extra attention to detail. I walked back into my home and it smelled fresh and was very clean and organized. I’ll definitely be using their cleaning services again. Thank you again GNC!

I had made an agreement with GNC to Deep clean my house with all windows showers tubs oven cabinets baseboards the whole thing. I had cleaned the entire house prior to them coming so they could focus on the deep cleaning. They agreed most houses were not this clean when they show up. I had cleaned all the laundry and bed sheets before they arrived and they were suppose to put the clean sheets on the beds. They did 1 of 5 beds. Floors were dirty mirrors were streaky windows weren’t cleaned cabinets were not touched baseboard were dirty to be honest I don’t know if they even vaccumed…or clean the fans. They showed up and did not do 1/4 of what they agreed to do. They then told me $500 was not enough money after agreeing to the price and scope of work. They then told me when I told them they didn’t complete the scope that I can find someone else to do my monthly cleanings and were very disrespectful and condescending. They finally agreed to come back and do the scope they promised and then no called no showed. As a business owner I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to correct and they didn’t show. I would absolutely not recommend them for their cleaning services and quite frankly I would like a refund and want to let people know what they’re getting into before hiring these guys.

Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify a few important points. There was no written agreement outlining a scope of work that included bed-making, organizing cabinets, drawers, or closets. Those are considered add-on services beyond a standard deep clean.
Additionally, the scope of work changed once we arrived at the property. You pulled me aside and explained that your ex-girlfriend had been living there, that she was lazy, and that you had asked her to leave. You stated you wanted a “fresh start” and requested additional tasks beyond what was originally discussed.
Our team also made every effort to return and complete any areas you felt were missed. However, due to the Labor Day weekend, there were conflicts in scheduling, which unfortunately caused a delay. We were and still are more than willing to come back and address the items in question to make things right.
We value the opportunity you gave us and appreciate your business. While this experience clearly didn’t meet your expectations, our intention has always been to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. We would be happy to work with you to resolve this matter.
