If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your quoted service price or a $30 flat fee (whichever is higher). This fee helps cover costs we’ve already invested, including lead fees and time reserved. No-shows without notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If you experience an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible — we’re happy to work with you.
