Great customer service and quick response. The cleaning crew missed a few common areas. When told about the issue only an apology wasn't an offer to fix or a credit for the amount charged.

What she was hired for was never done. Two girls came instead of three, they said they were here to clean two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I only have one bedroom, but I have two bathrooms. I hired for a deep clean and didn’t get it.
