FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning needed, and the condition of the space. We provide honest, upfront pricing and are happy to discuss the details of each cleaning before getting started. We may offer discounts for recurring services or multiple cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the customer's home, cleaning needs, and expectations. We provide an estimate based on the details of the job and schedule a convenient time. Once we arrive, we make sure we understand exactly what the customer wants and then provide thorough, professional cleaning services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
