I hired M&M cleaning to clean my condo after moving out. I appreciated her prompt responses to messages, and she was very flexible in scheduling the cleaning. She did a very thorough and detailed cleaning of the condo. She was also very efficient, professional, and nice.

Aide was great. I had to cancel our first appointment and she was very accommodating to fit me in the following week. She had a lot of obstacles to work around and she never once said no I can't do that. Floors, kitchen, bathrooms and windows all looked great for our Go to Market pictures. We will have her back to do our final move out cleaning for sure.

I charge by hour and how big or small the house is. The pricing can also depend on how many days I go to clean the home. I also accept cash or checks for my payment
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new client starts off with me going to check out the house first. As I check the house I start planning how I'm going to start and how long it would take me to clean. In the end, I would talk the plan over with my customer to see if we agree.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning business for almost 17 years.
