Such an amazing company! I think some context is very important for this review. The house I had cleaned was a hoarder's house that I've already cleared out two giant dumpsters of old furniture, boxes, and paperwork from. There wasnt any food trash or biohazard issues. Just decades of dust, spiderwebs, and dirt that had built up over time. The kitchen was the worst of it! Years of grease made some areas feel impossible to clean.I was honest with them that I had hit a point of burnout with this house. On top of that, a rough few months had added my own casual mess to an already overwhelming situation. That casual mess includes a zoo of pets. I knew this would be a big job, and I tried to be realistic about the conditions and my expectations. They blew me away!They sent Leslie over, and she is absolutely amazing. She got everything! I swear the floors are shades lighter. The impossible stuff in the kitchen? Gone! The bathroom shower is reflective. The scratches in the kitchen sink have disappeared, I didnt even know that was possible. I kind of wonder if she replaced it while I was gone. Ha I genuinely have never seen this place this clean. Im not exaggerating! Almost everything in the kitchen looks like a completely different color than Ive ever seen it. I am blown away! This was worth every single penny.Its not just the cleaning, the people are phenomenal. The owner Ethan, is incredibly kind. I was honest about how overwhelmed I felt and he took the time to make me feel seen. It was such a genuine human response, something you dont always get with bigger companies. I felt understood and truly cared about.I wasnt originally planning to be present for the cleaning, but Im so glad I was for the beginning part. Leslie is not only amazing at what she does, but shes also kind and funny. She really made my day! She even let my dog out for me while I was at work. All of my pets are rescues and they all felt comfortable with her. I think that says a lot.I did have to make a last minute change. I was originally going to have them clean the basement as well, but I had to cancel that due to a cat needing to be quarantined. I spoke to Liz, the receptionist, and she was so kind. That cat had been missing for over 10 months and had just wandered back home days before the cleaning. She was genuinely excited and happy for me. Being able to share that moment with someone who cared meant a lot.From the first call to the last goodbye, this entire experience was amazing. I will absolutely be calling again.
