- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a software program that bids out our projects No matter who you are or how big or small the job everybody is subject to our fair pricing policy. We might miss out on large commercial jobs because we don't offer volume discount of any kind. We always give our best prices possible. No negotiating is ever an option so our customers know they are getting a great value for their hard earned dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Michele sets all bidding appointments with our customers. Erech meets all customers for bids. He explains how we conduct business and listens to all concerns. He customizes quotes and has them completed on the spot. When excepted Michele sets up further appointments and we walk our customers through out the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our contractors have been through specialized training. Some specialize in woodwork. Others in commercial applications with great detail. And just in case we have a painter who has her masters in fine arts.
