David and Jeff kept me up-to-date as the plaster and sheetrock repair work progressed. I also hired them to do a laminate flooring installation in my kitchen and addition. They do excellent work.

Had a drywall repair job after grass cloth wall paper was removed that the painters we had hired felt was too difficult for them to repair. Jeff did a wonderful job. He responded quickly to our request for help, gave us a good price and finished the work efficiently and cleaned up. The results were great. The painters can come back and finish up now! Will highly recommend Dave Construction to family and friends in the future!

Dave Construction quickly answered my e-mail and gave me an estimate for my repairs. Their man was out yesterday and repaired the hole in my ceiling. Today he was out and sanded the repairs. The ceiling looks great and the repairs were done for a reasonable amount. I would not hesitate to use Dave Construction again when needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. Every job is different. They are all based off the same price system but can be adjusted for jobs that may have more obstacles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many certificates and licenses including our General Contractors license. Certified and trained in handling mold, asbestos and lead.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As sub contractors for a water and fire restoration company. We eventually branched off and started our own business.
