- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, our pricing will always be competitive because our work is FANTASTIC! We stand by the quality of work we put out there and we want "YOU" the the customer in "OUR" database so our estimates are always and will always be negotiable. We want to build relationships and want you to give us referrals! Let your families and friends know that we did a great job and that we are top tier painters! We understand budgets and compromise. Lets come to an agreement, we will squeeze where we have to to get your business. I use top shelf products and that has a lot to do with price, we can come down to a mid level product that looks just as nice for a few hundred less and/or get you scheduled later in the season at a discounted rate when its less busy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we like to make the job go smooth as possible. We understand that you are at an inconvenience and will do everything we can to make it easier for you. We will be on time with the best of our ability and leave the work place clean and tidy at the end of the day. We will answer any questions you have and will complete the areas you want first to make it a little easier for you to relax while we are guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed 2 years of schooling and graduated with the IUPAT District council 82 and Allied Trades. I spent 5 years with local 61 before I proceeded my career path as a business owner in 2008 married and opened Platinum Paintworks LLC in 2013 to the present.
