- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Painting jobs are sometimes more expensive than you'd think - but there's a big difference in quality of materials and work between a "cheap" paint job and a professional job. We do top-level work for fair, mid-range prices. ***We sometimes offer discounts when we have last-minute open time to fill.***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can often give an initial rough estimate right away via text or email based on the type of job and square footage. If that works for you, we'll want to do a quick visit to give a more accurate final quote - this is the flat price to do the job, everything included, no surprises.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked primarily with owners of existing single-family homes, and also in condos, townhomes, rental units, retail businesses and offices. New construction or existing. We have also worked with contractors in new housing developments.
