- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always clear and straightforward. I offer free estimates, and the final price is based on the scope, size, and complexity of the project. I don’t add hidden fees, and customers know exactly what they are paying for. I also work with different budgets and provide options to match their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and clear. I start with a free in-person estimate, where I assess the home and discuss the project. After sending the estimate, we schedule the start date. Then we handle all prep work, painting, and final touch-ups, followed by a detailed final walk-through with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree from an engineering and technology faculty, which helps me approach projects with precision and technical understanding. I am also Lead-Safe Certified (RRP), which allows me to safely work in homes built before 1978. This training ensures that all projects meet safety and quality standards.
