Nate re-did my bathroom, new fixtures, shower wall, replaced the floor and he did a wonderful job.
The price was great and he kept me informed about the process the entire time.
HIGHLY recommended.

Had my master bathroom remodeled. Prairie Home Improvement did an excellent job. Everything I requested was reviewed carefully. I was advised what would work best. Assistance was provided in choosing what was available in locating items. Received daily updates in each step they were taking. Communication was constant. Very honest service. Highly recommend Prairie Home Improvement service.

Nate did an amazing job putting new baseboards all through out the first floor of my house and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend!
Details: Baseboards • Plaster • Yes, I will provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • Solid wood • 81 - 160 ft • I would like it painted

Nate fixed some drywall for us after a plumber left a hole in the wall. He did a great job. He was reliable, efficient and fairly priced. I would recommend Nate and would have him back in a heartbeat to do work around our house.

I couldn’t have asked for a more communicative, collaborative and efficient group to work with. Nate was thorough in developing a plan to build a net new bathroom in my bungalow that fit within unique space constrictions and passed the requirements for the city. He collaborated on the configuration of the space and gained sign-off from the city in advance of the project to ensure we would not hit any roadblocks. The team was extremely efficient with the work and respectful of the rest of my space as they completed the project. The end result was a beautiful new bathroom and primary suite that exceeded my expectations.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Given the highly particular nature of residential work, we do not provide estimates site unseen. Instead, we gather as much information as possible, visit the site, and provide an accurate estimate for the whole job. We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and all major credit cards (3.0% surcharge).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information as possible before settling on a bid. Typically, meeting with customers is the best way to get a firm sense of the job and how they would like to see it accomplished. In addition, we can help you think about aspects of the project you might not have thought of. These are useful conversations for both parties!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college educated, fully licensed residential builder. I have more than 25 years experience in all aspects of residential building and remodeling.
