- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our design and sales team love working with new customers! Typically, we discuss the overall project scope and budget then arrange a time to meet in person at your home or business. During that initial meeting, you'll have a more in depth conversation about what the needs and wants are for your project. There will be some discussion about beginning ideas for plants or materials and big ideas like that. Our team member will get some measurements of your property After that initial meeting, our designer will go to the drawing board and make a wide variety of different plans. There will be a second meeting where you discuss those different ideas and start to hone in on what the final plan will look like. If another meeting is necessary, you'll discuss the final details and approve the plan. Then we get you on the schedule and our wonderful crew will start working! When the work is complete, our design/sales team will meet with you for a final walkthrough.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It helps if you've researched a little bit and have some basic ideas of what you want to do with your landscaping. Do you want a patio or plants or retaining wall? It helps when you have a basic idea what you would like and then our designers can help fill in the details. Also, one of the big questions that we will ask is "what's your budget?" It gives our team a box to work in when we are thinking of designs and ideas.
