- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer pricing for single sessions as well as discounted package options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief consultation via telephone. We both get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. If we’re a match, I will send a contract outlining fees, schedule, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My BA is in Psychology. I have my Narrative Coaching Certification and will be sitting for my ACC exam soon which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation as having expertise in this arena.
