Tired of feeling not enough. Tired of doing the work… but still feeling stuck. I understand that deeply—because I’ve lived it. My Breaking Point Fifteen years ago, my life completely fell apart. I lost my home, my relationship, my job, my car—and even my children went to live with their father. I was in a deep depression, on the verge of losing everything. And in that moment, I surrendered. I asked: “Why does this keep happening to me?” That question became the doorway to everything that changed my life. The Truth That Set Me Free What I discovered was hard—but life-changing: I was the common denominator in my patterns. For years, I had been stuck in cycles of: Codependency Low self-worth Emotionally unavailable and unhealthy relationships And underneath all of it… were unhealed wounds from my past. Where It All Began My journey didn’t start in adulthood—it started in childhood. Growing up, I experienced emotional neglect and instability that shaped how I saw myself and love. As a teenager, being diagnosed with scoliosis and wearing a brace during my formative years deeply impacted my self-image and confidence. Without realizing it, I carried those beliefs into my adult life— and they showed up in every relationship I chose. My Transformation I made a decision: The pattern ends with me. I committed to healing—not just on the surface, but at the root. Through a powerful combination of: Neuroscience (rewiring subconscious beliefs) Spiritual laws (understanding how thoughts and energy create results) Deep inner work and trauma healing …I rebuilt myself from the inside out. I didn’t just “feel better.” I became different. The Life I Created Today, I live a life I once thought was impossible. I am happily married, surrounded by a loving family, with four daughters and grandchildren. I’ve created a life grounded in peace, purpose, and emotional freedom. But more importantly— I know exactly how I got here. And I know how to help you get there too. My Work I became a certified mindset coach in 2012 and now specialize in trauma-informed transformation. I don’t just offer inspiration—I offer a proven process.
