- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flexible depending on what you need, but the range goes from $40 - $300+ depending on complexity, head count, and needs. I think fixed pricing structures are too rigid and too limiting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a motivated self learner in the industry, whether by reading books or perusing Reddit to gain inspiration and knowledge. Of course, the best way to learn things is by keeping engaged with an active community of likeminded practitioners and exchange ideas and information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started a makeup blog back in February, which hit me like a ton of bricks out of nowhere. It is a hybridized personal project combining makeup and photography over the course of 365 days. A month into doing so, I realized quite clearly that I wanted to do makeup artistry as my career, and began making the right moves to position myself as such and grow into this industry.
