- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is 80 - $100 for each 1 hour session. I keep my fee low by having a low overhead - practicing over the internet via Skype or FB Messenger. I do not accept insurance payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a free interview where we can meet on the internet to see if it makes sense and feels right to work together. We decide upon how we might meet in the future and what the price for services might be. As we start working together, we will identify a long term goal - the one we want to achieve down the road. We will also identify some short term goals (those that are achievable soon) that will help us down the road to our final destination. As we start working on goals, we come up with strategies to achieve them and identify roadblocks that must be overcome. The process of coaching is behavioral and experiential. The coach serves many roles such as teacher, adviser, planner, nurturer, cheer leader, motivator, assignment giver, feedback giver, and growth promoter. The process is very much a partnership where both the client and the coach are committed to work hard to achieve a result that improves the quality of life for the client.
