- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts during certain times of the year, discounts will be posted as advised. Veterans are always a priority for discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet who we are by name and business name. Ask what type of moving service are they inquiring and is this a good time to talk. Ask how did you hear about us. Ask for their name and number, write up an invoice (in detail) then read the invoice back to the customer to ensure accuracy. During the conversation I will talk briefly about who we are and what we offer. The invoice will than be sent via text or email message depending on what method is best for the customer. Listening to what the needs are and applying the best method to getting the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm actually a graduate Graphic Designer (associate degree 3.7 GPA). I've taken 2 business courses, carpentry course, mechanical & electrical courses, Osha Safey training course, psychology course, maintenance and janitorial classes, and music classes.
