- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stair charge - One flight of stairs (16 steps) at the loading point and one flight of stairs (16 steps) at the unloading point is included with your move. Flights of stairs can be combined for the entire move in the event one location has no stairs. We charge $15.00 per flight of additional stairs. Please know that supplies are not provided as a courtesy and is not applicable to the hourly rate.
