- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with our customers to identify the best solution for their move and then set up an estimate for these services. Estimates can be made over the phone, online through our website or by having one of our staff members come over to perform a free on-site survey. After the estimate we lock in a date and time in the schedule, and double check with the customer a day prior to the move if there has been any changes since the initial call. On the date of move our Team will call the customer to let them know they are on their way, at least 30 minutes prior to arriving. Once our Team is done with the move they will double check with the customer if there is anything else they need moved around or changed before finishing up the final paperwork.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently partnered with Move for Hunger. They are a non-profit hunger relief organization. We take donated non-perishable food items from our customers homes and deliver it to a local food bank. You can help join the fight to end hunger!
