- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Blue Dolly Moving, our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive — no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Rates are based on crew size, truck use, and time spent on your move. We have a 1-hour minimum and bill in 15-minute increments after that. Travel time and materials (like shrink wrap, tape, or boxes if requested) may apply, but we’ll always provide a clear estimate before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your move details — home size, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special items (TVs, pianos, safes, etc.). Once we confirm your quote and date, our professional crew arrives on time with all the necessary equipment: dollies, pads, tools, and supplies. We carefully protect your belongings, load efficiently, transport safely, and place everything where you’d like at your new location. After the move, we do a walk-through to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
