Introduction: I always try to treat my clients like I'd like to be treated. Quality work, dependable (if I'm running even 2 minutes late I'll call), and I save my clients money however I best can. Also, if I can't do something I'll let them know and make a suggestion if possible.
The smiles that I bring to them - just yesterday as I'm writing this today I was speaking with a client about the trim I picked out for her room. She was so thrilled that I picked out exactly what she wanted. It's wonderful to have a relationship, a bond if you will that you can understand what it is that each other needs to make the project a wonderful experience for both.
