My sister had a 15ft paver install so her little ones can enjoy the backyard since just had a baby and had to be at home and couldn’t take them to their usual summer activities and dad is working. This individual lied to my postpartum sister.
He had done patio pavers and left a steep hill of dirt. Told her to plant grass. When my sister mentioned she wasn’t happy about the hill of sand that was formed during paver install. Especially for the safety of her small children. He said he can remove the hill of dirt and add a step instead.
That same day she paid in full he told come back next day to “fix” and add the “step”.
She called him following day and she went straight to voicemail. Eventually she got text communication. He told her he was booked for the rest of the SUMMER! What an awful customer service

Hello, how are you? Yes, I did the paving work, and was it done well? Yes, you paid for everything I did. At no point was it included doing a retaining wall. I told you I would do it, but you don't want to pay what the work is worth.
