FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two main services: Dinner is Served is a weekly recurring meal delivery — three dinners, four servings each, delivered every Tuesday. This is priced as a weekly subscription; contact me for current rates. Chef's Table is a fully custom private chef experience priced hourly, with ingredients billed separately at cost. The Chef Edit is a one-time kitchen organization service (3–7 hours) priced at a flat rate depending on scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short call to make sure it's a good fit — I want to understand your household, your schedule, and what you're looking for. From there, I send over a service agreement and we set a start date. For Dinner is Served, meals are delivered every Tuesday. I keep my client roster intentionally small so I can give each household real attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at the Vail Academy of Culinary Arts and spent years cooking in five-star hotels in Colorado before returning to Minnesota. I've cooked for families, individuals, and professional athletes across the Twin Cities. Dinner is Served grew out of a simple belief — that a well-made meal changes the tone of an entire evening. I also have a background in home organizing through my former company Spruce, which informs my Home Edit service.
