- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is structured around clear monthly packages rather than random one off pricing. I offer online coaching at $297 per month, online coaching plus 4 in person sessions per month at $497, and online coaching plus 8 in person sessions per month at $597. In person sessions are 45 minutes and all in person options include online support as well. This structure gives clients a more complete system built around training, accountability, and long term progress rather than just paying for isolated sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation about your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, schedule, and biggest challenges. From there, I determine which coaching option makes the most sense and build a plan around what you actually need, not what sounds good on paper. Once we get started, I set you up with a structured program that may include training, nutrition guidance, accountability, and ongoing support depending on the level of coaching you choose. From there, the focus is execution, consistency, and adjustment. I monitor progress, make changes when needed, and help keep you on track so the plan continues to work in real life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through ACE, NASM, NETA, and BFS, and I also hold CPR certification. In addition to my formal certifications, I bring 20 years of hands on experience in personal training, coaching, and program design. Over that time, I have worked with clients on fat loss, strength training, muscle building, and long term lifestyle change, helping them achieve results that are both realistic and sustainable.
