- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that we may be priced fairly high for the marketplace here on thumbtack, but its simply a high end service and we have spent alot of time with our pricing and frankly its worth it. Everything we do is custom, all of our software is proprietary, meaning we wrote it ourselves, and we handcraft video animations and compositions per event. It is also important to note that our pricing is the base price for a 4hr standard event, and we do not discount for shorter time-frames.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hear about theme and style, and get together to brainstorm backdrops / sets together.
