- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the distance there are may be some extra charges. I charge 40$ for an hour and 25$ for half hour. Discounts: if you bring a new student, I will give one lesson for free (regular length).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about if they had any musical training before, if they/their kids can read the music and what level they are at.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
