Well my 6 year old son has only had a demo lesson with her but he liked her a lot. She went through a lot of technique in 30 mins. Now it seems my son is more interested in piano than I thought possible. We will see how it goes when he starts to practice.

Annelies taught our daughter piano lessons for a summer. She did an excellent job relating to our daughter, and was able to teach and challenge her in many areas. Our daughter's piano playing improved greatly in just a few lessons.

She has taught me so much about music and techniques for singing. I have enjoyed working with her very much. She explains lessons well and encourages me to strive for my best. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to her students.

I was Annelies' supervising teacher when she was training to teach voice lessons. Annelies was a very organized, knowledgeable, creative, prepared and sensitive teacher. I heartily endorse her!

Annelies worked with two of my daughters aged 15 and 16 at the time for only one summer 2 years ago. It was a rewarding experience. I felt that both were challenged to try new things and to work on piano skills instead of just memorizing a song. Things that seemed easy to do at first as she was assessing their skills, she made more challenging by introducing some music theory. We only had 8 weeks with her because her summer break seemed so short while she was in college yet. At the end of this period, they only needed to practice a week or two more to polish after she had gone back to school. They did their duet, "The Wise Man Built His House Upon a Rock" for offertory. It was such a blessing!
