After selling our house, we wanted to test out living in a townhome. We are happy we found Dreamteam Realty. Neil was great and easy to work with during our first visit and we knew we would be renting through him. We originally planned to stay a year, but after not seeing anything to purchase, we decided we wanted to keep the flexibility renting provides and signed up for another year.One of the main reasons we decided to stay was the service provided by Louie and the maintenance department. The process is simple to report issues and Louie and his team are super efficient and immediately take care of our problems in a very timely manner (hot water heater and dishwasher). As a homeowner looking for someone to manage your property or a renter, I highly recommend the Dreamteam!

Renter POV. Recently had some maintenance issues and Louie was quick to respond to my service request. I do feel the contracted worker that sent on site to assess the situation shouldve been more thorough. Due to their lack of competency and service, there was a long delay getting the correct parts needed to replace the appliance. Unsure who makes the decisions when it comes to contracting personnel and I feel like this is an area of opportunity for improvement. This is the reason for four stars.Even with the delays, Louie continued to take great care and communicated with me each step of the way.

I see we tried to have it repaired then the owner decided to get you a new fridge. Sounds like the old one and the new had different parts that needed a plumber to make sure it worked great for you and also, didn't leak! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more properties, the better deal I can give. The higher the rent would be for a tenant placement, the better the deal we can give as well. I am in the referral business, my only goal is to give our clients/tenants the best service out there...I know you know more investors, and I want a long term relationship that stems the entirety of your investments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we like to check out the property, take pictures, get everything signed so we have permission to market the property for placement. Once we find a tenant you approve, we will do the management contract and get the awesome new tenant moved in and go from there. I make it very easy...best thing to do is to meet, see if it's a good fit and go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Best education/training you can have is experience. I have worked with 1000's of tenants before, and been in 1000's of homes in my close to 10 years of experience. I and my team are investors as well, so we don't recommend a tenant/home that we wouldn't have ourselves. I firmly believe we are the best professional in your corner, as the buffer between your investment and the tenants.
