- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a call to understand your goals as an owner and answer your questions. We gladly share with you how we operate, and what our goals are when it comes to managing your property. By the end of the call, we together can determine if a partnership would make sense and what next steps would be should you move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got 10+ years of experience managing my own portfolio of rental properties and that of others, and I'm active in managing them today through ECR Property Management. I'm also an active investor and Real Estate agent.
