I switched over to Mike about 2 years ago from a different PM and its been great!!! Hes super communicative and does right by me and my tenants. It shows by the fact that the first time in 10+ years, ALL my tenants have resigned, and my maintenance bills have gone down significantly. Highly recommend.

Ive been renting from Mike for 3 years and its been an amazing experience. The furnace recently went out on New Years day, within a few hours he came out and gave us a bunch of space heaters, and had the furnaced repaired and working wthin 24 hours. One of the best to rent from!!
