- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Our standard property management fee is $125 per unit per month, and you only pay leasing fees once a lease is successfully signed. Tenant placement is typically one month’s rent with a minimum, and renewal fees apply only when a lease is renewed. We offer discounted pricing for portfolios with multiple units, as well as customized management packages based on property type, volume, and service needs. If you own multiple properties or are planning to grow, we recommend scheduling a call so we can review discounted portfolio pricing and bundled service options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short call to understand your property, goals, and timeline. From there, we review the property details, current rent, condition, and any compliance requirements. For new owners or newly acquired properties, we can also schedule an in person walkthrough to assess the condition, identify any immediate needs, and make leasing or management recommendations. You receive a clear management and leasing plan with pricing before moving forward. Once onboarded, we handle marketing, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance, and ongoing communication so you can stay hands off while protecting your investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines hands on property management and leasing experience with strong academic backgrounds. Team members are college educated and include individuals with advanced degrees such as master’s degrees and MBAs. Beyond formal education, Fuze was built by real estate investors and operators who understand the realities of rental ownership. We stay current on local rental licensing requirements, fair housing laws, and leasing best practices, and we focus heavily on communication, systems, and execution. We bring both professional training and genuine passion for helping owners protect and grow their investments.
