We have worked with Mike and Nexus for many years and have always been happy with their service. We originally worked with them on apartment communities we own, but recently had them manage a few condos in Minneapolis we like have as well. They can also help with renovation projects, here is a bathroom they completed from a 1970's bathroom to the current photo below!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is based on the property, but we have found we are extremely competitive and offer many services that our competitors do not. One example would be digital and 3D Virtual tours. We do not bill for leasing or other services as "extra fees".

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first goal is to understand every property and owner and ensure we are the right fit for each other. From there we have a very streamlined process to set properties up quickly for leasing and management. This can be done as quickly as one day if the information ready to go.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are licensed and have been in the business since 1998. We have handled full renovation projects from start to finish with over 4 apartment communities and 50 plus single family homes. We are members of MHA, IREM and NARPM.
