FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Determined Student Success, I believe every child deserves access to high-quality tutoring, regardless of a family’s financial situation. As a parent myself, I understand how quickly monthly expenses can add up, so I’ve designed an equity-based pricing model that considers both your household income and the number of dependents in your family. My goal is to make support for your child accessible and sustainable. You can explore your personalized pricing options at **************************** and find the plan that best fits your family’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Determined Student Success, we don’t waste your time with endless forms and headaches. Our onboarding is fast, simple, and built for busy families. Everything runs through ********* — one easy-to-use platform where you can enroll your student, manage payments, and message me directly. You focus on your child’s growth. We handle the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than a decade of teaching experience and two Master’s degrees in Education to every session — but here’s what that means for your child: I know how to diagnose learning gaps fast and fix them with proven strategies. My first Master’s focused on Instructional Strategies, giving me advanced tools for teaching effective reading techniques. My second Master’s in Special Education trained me to support all types of learners — including students who struggle with focus, comprehension, or confidence. The result? A tutoring approach that’s personalized, research-backed, and designed to get results quickly. This theoretical knowledge is complemented by substantial practical experience. I've taught in classrooms for many years, provided one-on-one tutoring for various subjects, and have considerable experience as an online tutor. What ties all this experience and education together is my unwavering commitment to building healthy relationships with my students. I've found that a positive and supportive connection is the cornerstone of successful learning, whether in person or online.
