I successfully closed on another property I sold with Katie! I have used Katie multiple times before to buy and sell and I continue to work with her and recommend her to others! She is knowledgeable, dependable and a creative problem-solver. She listens to her clients and gets to know what works for them. She lets me be as hands on or off in the process as I want to be.
