Our experience with Leonel was great! He replied to my inquiry immediately, was able to come out for an estimate on a day that worked for us, and was available to complete the project the same week. He replaced rotted and falling apart fascia and soffit on both sides of our garage. We felt his quote was extremely fair and we are really impressed with the quality of his work. Leonel and his guys removed some damaged Hardie boards, replaced and painted primed Hardie board. Then he added flashing, kick-out, gutter and downspout to help with a moisture problem that was causing water damage to our Hardie board. My husband and I are very pleased with the work, the price, and we like Leonel very much as a person. He's an honest man.
