I needed a new roof. The shingles were falling apart and cracking. I contacted six roofing companies for an estimate. Roof Repair Experts were the first to respond and were able to come out for an estimate the next day. They gave an estimate immediately after taking measurements. They showed pictures of the damage, explained everything included in the price, and showed the materials they would use. Everything was easy to understand. I waited a few days to receive more estimates from other companies. Roof Repair Experts had the best price while using the high quality materials, so I decided to work with them. They started work a few days later. I observed the process. They finished in one day for the full roof. Everything was left clean afterwards. I went on the roof later the check and everything was done quite well. I am very satisfied with the results and highly recommend Roof Repair Experts. They made the process very simple and the roof looks great.

Juan responded to my request almost immediately. He quickly figured out the source of a roof leak that we had been trying to solve for weeks—it turned out the water was coming in through a roof vent. He fixed the problem right away. A few days later, we had him come back to install a new gutter and downspout. Once again, he was prompt, professional, and completed the work quickly. I appreciate Juan's knowledge, responsiveness, and fair pricing. I'll definitely be calling Juan and his team again for any future roofing or gutter work.

Juan and Jazmin did an excellent job at my apartment. They were very accommodating with the times I needed and arrived timely. They brought their own products. Their work was very thorough and even helped me with folding laundry. I would very highly recommend their services.

Lema construction ( Juan and Luis brothers) helped with re-roofing my house in lakeville. The quote is very reasonable and with good finished quality. It passed town inspection without any problem. They are very easy to communicate. I would recommend them.

Answered in a timely manner as well as gave me a fair and reasonable quote. Came out next day to finish a siding job and finished it all in one day. Very happy with the work they provided. Will be using again for any task we can’t do.
