- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give you a quote up front before starting the work. Once the quote is signed and sent back to me I will begin my design. Please contact for fees as they vary per location and requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is reach out them over the phone to communicate exactly what we need from each other. I enjoy meeting clients face to face so if there is an opportunity to meet up I will be there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Go Bulldogs.
