Called Caleb up for stump grinding, I gave him the address and he checked it out right away. We then agreed on a price over the phone, gave him the go ahead. He showed up when he said he would to do the work. The grinding was in a tough spot but he got it done. Had Caleb send me a request for payment via Venmo and I paid him right away. It all went very smoothly and I actually felt I was treated like a customer as opposed to so many service experiences these days. I would highly recommend his firm.

Caleb with NorthCut was great! He was responsive in setting up the appointment, arrived on time, worked quickly, took care to avoid damaging our other plants in the area, and even cleaned up after himself! We now have a planting bed that is ready to accept a new tree.
